Clear, fast-responsive no matter the time even after midnight for any kind of questions, very welcoming, and good vibe.

Ver picked us up from Calapan port in his car because we couldn't get a boat to Balatero port and it was such a relief after a long 3 hour boat ride from Batangas to Calapan. Ver is probably the friendliest po I've ever met. His vibe, the way he talks exudes friendliness. I liked the location as well. It's just well situated in the middle of the hill, no tourists which is good but keep in mind that you'll need earplugs since there's a lot of noise from dogs barking, roosters going crazy at 4am in the morning, etc. Had an excellent stay at Ver's place. I highly recommend his place!

Also the place has all the amenities needed for everyday life. Everything went smoothly and i did not encounter any problems at all. I would surely book again at this place next time.

Staff is onsite throughout the day with security at gate from 6p-6a. Highly recommend stay.
