We had a lovely stay with Virly, Xavi and their dog Rex. Nice spot on a hill, with a stunning view. Very comfortable beds, very clean, big pool, quiet neighborhood, delicious breakfast. At night you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the silence and the flying fireflies.

On the ground floor there is an open-air kitchen with all the necessary accessories and plenty of seating. With Bill and Christine you have the feeling that you are at home here. They provide support with all matters, be it organizing a scooter, restaurant tips, boat tours. They are unobtrusive but warm and always ready to help. Anyone looking for peace and quiet and not the typical resort vacationer will feel very comfortable here and leave with sadness. We really enjoyed our days here and would love to come back, thank you Bill & Christine for everything

Offering a tropical beach getaway, Tepanee Beach Resort sits on top of a 10,000 m² piece of land on Malapascua Island. Best hotel in the Philippines! This was my fourth stay at Tepanee Beach Resort. The Italian owners are great, so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my chats with Andrea each day. Their marine reserve is absolutely amazing. My son and I went snorkelling with the black tip reef sharks several times a day - this was an absolute highlight. They have a small gym on site which functions quite well and the view from the bungalows are stunning. Can't wait to come back again.

A designer / builder that was smart enough to build a separate shower so that the entire bathroom floor doesn't get wet every time one uses the shower! Take note everywhere else. This is how you do it. Not only that, but the shower head was awesome too. Everything about the room and the place in general was excellent. When I booked it, I did so knowing that OIA was not super close to the town and I did that in hopes that it would be quiet...... and it was. It took me 25 - 30 minutes to walk into either town or to the main foreigner hangout / restaurant area, but there is also a single restaurant and basic grocery store only a block away. I was there during Typhoon Tino and fortunately, no damage at all to the house. The lady working at the front desk was also friendly and helpful.
