At first I wasn't sure the place had just opened but the pictures looked nice . But what a find the place is gorgeous I love the design and the vibe is so cool. My room was comfortable hot and cold water, the air conditioning is perfect for the hot days of Merida and the place is located in a very quiet neighborhood Santiago and also is a very close from ADO. Big plus the breakfast is included and delicious. Really too bad I had to go back to Tulum I would have stayed a few more nights. Also big up for the Pool :)

The property and the room itself were very tranquil - very nice high quality decoration and facilities throughout. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Private parking and a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Merida

Everything was great during our stay. The family who runs the place is very kind and welcoming — they even looked after my dog so we could visit the cenote for an hour, and they sent me videos to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with its own bathroom and AC. There was plenty of space for us and our things. We arrived by car, I’m not sure how practical the location is without a car, as it’s a little outside the centre, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Great value for the price, a warm atmosphere, and everything we needed for a relaxed weekend. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage on Sunday for a few hours. We would definitely return!

Booked the “penthouse” apartment for three days - WOW! The best place we have stayed in a month around the Yucutan. Huge kitchen diner, large bedroom and wrap around balcony. The views of the sea in one direction and the forest and lagoon in the other were superb. Views of the stars at night and many species of birds at dawn. Great breakfasts, fun staff and El Cuyo is a gem of a place (good restaurants, looong beach)

Hotel is quite modern and comfty and it does just what is enough to provide a wonderful stay for guests. We got a very small room but it had everything we needed and more for our one night stay. Beds were comfortable, shower had awesome pressure, A/A worked great. Our view wasn't great (we got a room that overlooked the back of the hotel) but we got what we paid for. Staff was polite and helpful and the location was just what we needed for this particular stay!

This accommodation is really something extraordinary! The room was huge and really high quality equipment. But the most memorable part was the surroundings. There was a lot to explore and the cenotes were insane! To make up for it, it was very easy to spend time at the pool. Since we stayed there in the off season, we were all alone in the accommodation and we really enjoyed it. The staff was also very attentive and super nice. If we could, we would definitely come back again!
