The hotel has a beautiful setting right by the lagoon, with peaceful surroundings and views that make you slow down and relax. The reception and restaurant/bar staff were genuinely excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Set within 5.9 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 1.7 km of Tulum Bus station in Tulum, Babel Tulum offers accommodation with seating area and a kitchen. Everything is even better than what I imagine, the room is big, the jacuzzi in the tower is cool, the swimming pool is nice, the decoration is beautiful.

We really enjoyed the staff (Rodrigo) as they were very helpful and even the two who didn’t speak any English were always very friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The WIFI was the best we’ve ever had in Mexico hotels. The pool was cleaned twice a day and gets lots of sun! The location was perfect for us because we had a car but a lot of people just walked and they have a great parking lot.

Located in Holbox Island, Casa Noma-Noma Holbox features accommodation with seating area. The property features sea and pool views, and is 200 metres from Playa Holbox. Free private parking is available and the bed and breakfast also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. This is such a lovely boutique hotel in the calmest part of Holbox! Honestly, we couldn't have been happier. We got to Holbox in the morning ferry, so we got to the property by around 10am, and we were just planning on leaving the bags. They actually already had our room ready and the staff could not have been nicer to us the entire time, with great recommendations. The hotel is lovely, a couple of steps away from the beach, each room feels very unique, with its own balcony and super clean bathroom. The breakfast is divine, cooked on the spot with fresh fruit and juices. We simply adored our stay
