Our room was a bit small, but super clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and they’re very helpful with local recommendations and tour bookings.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.
