We had a blast enjoying the pool and the lovely inside of the house. Plus, the 24-hour security at the entrance gate gave me great peace of mind. The location is fantastic – super close to the Acapulco airport, as well as amazing dining and shopping options for some fun adventures outside. The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!

Located in Taxco de Alarcón, Guerrero region, Hostal Amate Taxco is situated 200 metres from Santa Prisca de Taxco. It is set 29 km from Cacahuamilpa National Park and offers a tour desk. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Great location, just a 6 minute walk to the plaza. Taxco is all stairs so be mindful of that! The place was very clean, and the staff were super nice and happy to strike up conversation. I got lucky and in a 6-bed room I had the whole place to myself one night, and just one other person in the room the second night. Warm water works great and bathrooms are actually very elegant for a hostel!

Situated in Taxco de Alarcón in the Guerrero region, Entre el sol y la luna has a terrace and mountain views. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The accommodation features luggage storage space, a housekeeping service and organising tours for guests. The view is absolutely wonderful - better than the montetaxco hotel, or any other rooftop we visited. This is a spacious and comfortable apartment above a home, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly - they brought up breakfast, and sat with us on the balcony to share recommendations. You feel very much like you are a part of the family and staying in a family home. Beds comfortable, WiFi was good. The on-site owners speak Spanish but their daughter can translate via WhatsApp. Parking is secure but tight space. I will 100% return!
