Facing the seafront, Ostrov Beach offers 3-star accommodation in Ukulhas and has a private beach area and garden. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 2023, which is 60 metres from the Ukulhas Beach. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Staff was exceptionally kind! All of them, super kind, friendly, helpful, without being pushy. Just nice smiles. Very much appreciated. Food was great (we were half-board), juices were great, location was the best (30sec walk from the most beautiful bikini beach of the highland, with regular sea turtles). We could arrange excursions to manta rays, nurse sharks, coral gardens, octopus and fish fishing... Room was really clean, nice, AC, fan, everything one would need. The most difficult part was to leave such paradise! I will miss Ostrov beach! Highly recommended!

Nikabliss Dhigurah is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Dhigurah, near Dhigurah North West Beach. Featuring a shared lounge, the 4-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The accommodation provides free shuttle service, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. We had an amazing stay at Nikabliss on the lovely Dighurah island. From the first messages upon booking, during our stay and all the way to our departure the Nikabliss team showed us a level of hospitality that you rarely find anymore. The room was comfortable, clean and the hotel is located on the sunrise side of the island. We also loved the excursions they organized as we got the chance to snorkel with Mantas, Shark Whales, Turtles, Reef Sharks, Colorfull fish.... They also gave us so many insights on the local culture and way of life. We highly recommend Dhigurah Island and especially the locally run Nikabliss. Thanks to them we discovered the natural beauty of their island but also the beautifull spirit of the Maldivian people. We could not have wished better for our honeymoon.

While planning our Maldives vacation, we have done an extensive research on islands around Male city and their properties and perceived Fairytale Inn to be the most promising. Our efforts in reality were rewarded with such great gifts like beauty, style, tranquility, character and joy. The owner has a blend of very professional and nice ethics while her assistant Nani is the gem of our experience with smile, care, cooking, availability and support. The room has such positive vibe while the terrace is providing a true jungle stay experience. Without any creatures though. Breakfast was amazing, and dinner the best on Thoddoo. Cute beach is about 4min walk, while the big paradise beach can be reached in 3 ways, 15min walk, 5min bicycle ride or via a 3$ transport. Free filtered water included, as well as toilet amenities, snorkeling equipment and free bicycles. Transport to and from the ferry port complimentary. One of the top 3 accommodation experiences of my life (and I travelled a lot). Already planning to stay there again next year. The stuff has totally spoiled us.

Set in Thoddoo, 600 metres from Thoddoo Beach, New Breeze Thoddoo Inn offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a garden. Offering a family-friendly restaurant, the property also has a private beach area and water sports facilities. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. We really enjoyed our time here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The girls working there always asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything, which was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable, and they gave us fresh towels and sheets whenever we needed, no problem. Also really liked that there was a kettle and AC in the room. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the place is in a great location – just a few minutes to the beach. There were also bikes available for free that we could use anytime, which was super convenient, though some of them could definitely use a bit of maintenance or even replacement. The owner was really kind too. One morning he sat with us at breakfast and we had a nice chat – made the whole experience feel even more relaxed and personal. Would definitely come back if we visit Thoddoo again. Thanks for everything!
