Facilities are in good conditions, small kitchen is equipped with everything needed (stove is transportable to terrace with sea-view, which was great!)

Host was friendly and very helpful. Property is very clear and the view is amazing from the balcony, especially in the morning when drinking a coffee with a view over the entire beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The family room has a nice balcony, and the rooftop is perfect for taking in views of the old town—truly a highlight of the property. The owner and his family were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Even when we felt like we were asking for too much, they were always happy to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome.

We stayed for one week and we were very satisfied! Vukašin and his family are very nice and hospitable people. The place we stayed is in perfect location - very close to Ulcinj center (2 min by car and 10-12 min by walk). The balcony has ocean view. There is a private parking space. All in all, I definetily recommend this place and will definetily come again!
