Not only he took care that we were satisfied within the hotel, but he also arranged/booked all the activities for us for a very fair price - sunrise at Pidurangala rock, safari to Minneriya national park, and a ride to our next stay. He always only booked the "checked" drivers/guides he knew, that spoke very good English and gave us the best experience possible. We were also very satisfied with the safari guide - we saw a lot of wild animals, he explained us a lot about the wildlife of the national park, and he was very respectful to the animals (not coming too close, moving away if the elephants came closer and wanted to cross the road...). The breakfast is also very big and delicious, with eggs, sandwiches and fresh fruit. Definitely the best stay we had in Sri Lanka!

He answered any queries we had and gave us some great advice about the different things to do in the area and arranged food deliveries and some of our transport. We were allowed to keep a few things in the fridge (milk, water, etc), which was useful. We had a very memorable stay at Sigiriya Bungalow.

We had an fantastic experience staying at Sigiriya cashew palace resort for three days. It is well located in a quite area and has only a few rooms. The rooms a spacious and new, well maintained and with a big bath room. There is a minibar and coffee and tea in the room. The resort is a nice garden with many trees and a beautiful pool to relax. The staff is overly friendly and go up and beyond to make your stay as positive as possible. They have a own Safari cheap and offer well priced tours to all surrounding parks. Food was delicious too, we had both breakfast and dinner at the place. I would definitely recommend this small resort for some relaxing days and for sightseeing in the Sigiriya area. We will come again.

People working here are very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, AC worked good. The territory is beautiful with pond and greenery. Breakfast is also tasty and beautifully served.
