In the affordable price range it is worth it. Owner was very friendly and shared few srilankan coins as my 13 year old son is coin collector so as her son. They have huge collection of bank note collection in their office space. Impressive. Thanks and appreciate your friendly behavior.

The pool is clean and large and a bonus for hot hours, we were with children who really enjoyed it. The host, Gamani, is so kind, helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better place than this.

And the team is always around – they truly care about the people staying here, and it shows. The price is kind of ridiculous (in a good way) – it even includes breakfast! Lunch and dinner are cooked and shared together too, if you want and the food is next-level delicious. It’s close to the road so getting around is super easy – tuk tuks from the guys, bikes, scooters or just calling a PickMe. I ended up extending my stay longer than planned and only left because I had a flight but I’ll 100% be back!!

Bernard (owner/manager?) helped us set up a tuk tuk as well as a safari to Minneriya National Park. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Pool was a nice touch, and the food at the restaurant was good as well.

Family was so nice and location was amazing i had peacocks running with chipmonks amongst the papaya and woodapple trees...and i got a woodapple welcome drink, my motorbike was under a small roof and the whoke garden is beautiful and maintained. Lovely. 10 minutes walk from the 'center' where most of retaurants, bars, elephants and view of the famous Sigiryia rock are They prepare dinner and breakfast was included and delicious. A room would easily fit 3 persons one queen and one twin bed, clean shower with warm water, a terrace. It was raining next morning but it made the pathways ever more gorgeous. Thank you

People working here are very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, AC worked good. The territory is beautiful with pond and greenery. Breakfast is also tasty and beautifully served.

The host and his family were incredibly welcoming. I was asked if I wanted to eat anything and ended up having my breakfasts and dinners at the accommodation restaurant. All foods were home-made by the family and more than plentiful! I enjoyed all activities offered by the hosts. I attended a Sri Lankan cooking workshop with the wife and daughter (several curries, pol sambol, and rice) and the host provided transport to the bus station and to the herbal gardens. He is knowledgable about available activities and happy to help plan your trip. The whole family was very welcoming and many my stay very comfortable, thank you!
