I had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming – he even came to pick me up from the train station when I arrived and when I leaved which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfasts were very delicious, with very good fruitsalad (on the beautiful balcony), and he truly took great care of me during my time here. He also gave me very helpful tips for traveling around Sri Lanka, which made my trip even better. If you're looking for a warm, authentic, and peaceful place to stay, I highly recommend this place. You'll feel right at home!

Chandi is an excellent host and a really lovely person, he made our stay very comfortable. You have the privacy of a double room and a balcony but not only that, chandi opens up his whole home to you! Breakfast was amazing, fruit, eggs and different toasted sandwiches everyday at any time you like. We highly recommend staying with chandi and also taking advantage of using his tickets for a cultural dance as he has reserved seats with a great view. Great location, away from city hustle but still close to everything. Room was big, with balcony, A/C and hot shower. Owner arrange great tuk tuk driver, who showed us everything worth seeing in Kandy and its surroundings.
