The place is very nice and clean, perfect for a night of sleep after or before a flight from Colombo airport. The owners are adorable and will make you feel at home. It was very clean, it had shampoo, unlike many places in Sri Lanka, the yard is nice and cozy, there are adapters right in the power outlets, you don't have to ask for them. The wifi was good. The place is very close to the Airport, which was perfect for us. It's a very comfortable layover stay, but it would be just as good fo the longer term
