The rooms are large and clean, and the chambermaids also work quickly and do their job very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the center. Many restaurants, shops, religious sites and also the National Museum are within walking distance. I had forgotten my health insurance card in the hotel during my stay. I was then contacted by Chariya and Lisa via WhatsApp and asked if I still needed it or if they should destroy the card. I was also offered to have it sent to my address in Germany. This is a great service. Every hotel can be proud to have such motivated employees!
