It was very clean. Staff did remarkable job spending a lot of time cleaning every day. Had good quality hairdryers, cute toaster oven, free roasted coffee. - not instant, hot showers and laundry machine only ¥100.

The hotel is a little distant from central Tokyo however the facility is beautiful. The hotel is modern and the grounds are exceptional. We spent hours wandering around the gardens, the misting and the light show at night were extraordinary
