Location was great too, less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest Enoden train station and situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. I’ll definitely stay here when I visit Fujisawa again!

It was very clean. Staff did remarkable job spending a lot of time cleaning every day. Had good quality hairdryers, cute toaster oven, free roasted coffee. - not instant, hot showers and laundry machine only ¥100.

The room we occupied was both aesthetic and practical. The room had all the usual amenities as well as a very large dressing room. The design of the accomodation was elegant and unpretentious. Our stay included my birthday and without any notification the hotel provided a birthday cake and candles and a birthday greeting card, which was unexpected and well appreciated. We enjoyed both the breakfast and two evening meals in the lobby restaurant and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Kurumi of the staff was outstanding in her hospitality.
