This is the second time I’ve been here this year. After I loved it here so much in April I came back with my wife. We had an absolute ball and my wife who is as total foodie loved the breakfast and dinners. They’re a bit pricey but totally worth it. Some of the best food we had on our trip. The hospitality is absolutely top notch and I hope to come back again.

The accommodation was very well clean, organised and well equipped. I wish I stayed there for a week so that I could make full use of the kitchen equipments and bathtub. The foldable doors were great as we could enjoy the private backyard in the mornings and evenings to get fresh air.

Sanae-san is the best host I've ever met! She really tried her best to make us all feel at home. During less than a week, she organized for us a takoyaki party, and served us delicious mochi for breakfast twice, making us experience Japanese New Year's cuisine and traditions. The guest house is perfectly clean and very comfortable. The bed is incredibly cozy and soft, and we had also extra blankets (that were never necessary, because the sleeping area was very warm already). The kitchen is very neat and functional, with everything to cook our own meals, and coffee and Japanese green tea provided by the house. The living area is the perfect spot to hang out with other guests or work. The position of the guest house too is perfect! Not far from Koenji station, it is near the main road, full of shops and delicious restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The visit exceeded our expectations and we have visited 4 different 5 Stars Hotels in Tokio. The feeling when you enter the Hotel, you feel like you are in another world. Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling, Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station. Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect. The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem. We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.
