I could not ask for a better accommodation in Montepulciano. The room is big, charming and very clean. Breakfast is ample, and the view from this place is absolutely breathtaking! Plus points that they have their own wine tasting (their own brand of Nobile di Montepulciano is amazing) and restaurant. But the absolute best thing about Villa Nottola is their staff. Their sincere hospitality and friendliness are what I will most remember.

The hotel is a rustic building made of bricks and stone. It is complete with a roof garden, breakfast room, and bar. Free parking is provided. Clean room and wonderful view. The breakfast was delicious and varied enough. The airconditioning was strong and the staff were all lovely. We will definitely come back here for our next stop in Pienza!

Awesome, large bathroom with shower, room was good size because we got the triple, nice design with an old typewriter and sewing machine which was cool. Nice Nespresso coffee machine and some packaged pastries which were nice to start the day off. Parking was free and close, there are a few steps to get to the apartment. Walking distance to the center of Montepulciano, around 8-10 minutes I’d say. Host was available for questions. Ac worked well for heating.

The place is in a great location in the middle of the valley. The place really beautiful and well maintained. Amazing fresh and locally produced breakfast. Pool looks great but was too cold for middle of Sep.

There were restaurants, coffee shops all around, as well as the central piazza. We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!
