Everything is new and cosy. Nice welcome drink when we arrived, guidance and reservations on demand from the concierge. Breakfast was marvelous. The hotel is in a small street right next to all the top attractions.

The rooms face the courtyard, so you can hardly hear anything from the main road. The host was very friendly, courteous and attentive. A large fridge on the ground floor offers all guests a separate cooling compartment, already filled with drinks and can be filled further - an absolute Bravissimo ! 10 stars + It's a 10-minute walk to the old town walls, also ideal by bike, park your car in the courtyard and enjoy Lucca! A walk along and of top the city walls of Lucca is simply a must 😊 - A few hundred metres further ahead on the main road, there are shops and a small pizzeria, very simple, but simply good and tasty - pure Italia - sapore d' Italianità 😊 This wonderful B&B and the host are always a pleasure to return to - a 10 is not really enough as a rating – just a pleasant journey to make 😊

All our expectations were exceeded. The fantastic women at the reception could not make our stay better, all our wishes were fullfilled and all assistance we asked for was given. Always friendly and smiling. We got a whatsup each day and they were asking if we need something. The pool was great, the hotel was very very clean and the location was in a quite place, but still in the very center of Livorno. If you are looking for an accomodation in Livorno, do not hesitate to book Agave in Citta. Better you do no get.
