We were tired of driving and chose one of the parking lots without realizing we would have to change the ticket every couple of hours. The receptionist was very patient and explained the better choice would be the guarded parking. She had just finished her shift and actually took her private time to help us get to the better parking lot. That is something I will not forget. It is service of an extra class! Thank you!

Great accommodation and service, great and helpful staff, stellar food, beach at an arm’s length and overall what a a wonderful stay!

The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park. The staff went above and beyond there usual job. When unexpected event happened they did everything and helped in more ways than others would. Thank you lovely ladies for all you help. Wish I could rate higher.
