The room was very warm which was really nice in the cold weather and both the room and the the bathroom were the perfect size. Breakfast was also abundant with cakes, tea and coffees available and a range of options.

Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Good location for a few night stay. During summer, there were 3 nearby restaurants open, and more restaurants down in the village. Getting to hotel via gondola was convenient and grocery store was right next to the lower gondola stop, so carrying luggage and groceries to the room was easy. We had nice view down towards the village as well as towards mountains.

Was here for skiing, hiking and some rest. I could not have imagined staying anywhere could be so good. The property and rooms are so beautiful, cosy and ultra clean. But as other reviewers have stated, the hosts make this place so special. Their attention to detail in so many aspects is insane. Will go back for sure.

Love everything about this hotel, the staffs are very helpful with the check in process make it so easy for us who came late night. The location is right in the middle of beautiful Champoluc. We got the room in 0 floor with direct access to outside patio with full of snow, the kids are so happy. Big and warm room, they have spoons and forks, spacious free private parking.
