Excellent rooms, recently renewed , so everything works pretty fine. As a plus , hotel has its own parking , something not usual in most of the cities in Europe, and that makes a big positive difference. Davide was great, we had booked just few hours before arrival , he provided all info I requested through Booking platform, and as I could not understand some of them in Italian, he made a great effort to translate to Portuguese and English. And by the arrival, he was very kind, helping us to make our stay the best possible, taking care of all the details . If I come back to Brescia in the future, I will no doubt be again at Battisti 31.
