Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Wonderful and friendly staff who provided information on the best places to see/visit/eat/drink in La Spezia. We would 100% recommend this to others!

As Americans traveling in Italy and knowing very little of the language, I appreciated especially Roberto’s kindness to teach me pronunciations and share about the culture. It was very much appreciated.
