We also deeply appreciated the doorman on duty on the mornings of April 10th and 11th, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, always checking if we needed assistance, an umbrella, or help booking a taxi.

When we got there the next day Alexandra was amazing and when we got to our room we were upgraded for free! The hotel also left chocolates and a gorgeous welcome letter.

My room (18 if of interest) was so quiet and just what I needed for a restoring night's sleep. The breakfast served on the very special rooftop was very well sorted. All in all a fantastic stay. I shall be back!
