Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and barbecue facilities. The holiday home features family rooms. Lovely spacious apartment within a Villa, fully equipped and comfortable. 2 double beds and 2 baths with kitchen and sitting area. Terrace outside and BBQ area. Plenty of parking. Location is excellent being 300m from La Caletta beach (path can be tricky). Alberto and Elsa provided us with ample info to ensure a fabulous stay.

Our stay included an amazing breakfast with lots of homemade options. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

THE place to stay in Carloforte. Modern, comfortable beds. Best of all the roof terrace for breakfast and aperitivo has great views.. lovely. Convenient parking right outside hotel or opposite. And it’s only a 3-5 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Front office staff Giuliano upgraded us to a junior suite - much appreciated. Nice large room with sea view and a bathtub. Roof top terrace staff Frederica is friendly and helpful. Good service overall.
