Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. The house is a lovely old villa very close to the town centre. Aurelia greeted us warmly and was very helpful, suggesting restaurants and places to visit. Our room was ready early and we got access to it straight away. It was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of choice and it was all of a superior standard. Aurelia arranged for us to leave our luggage in the reception area after checkout, free of charge. Nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasant place to stay. We highly recommend it.

The staff is very kind, and they spoke perfect English so it was easy to talk. The breakfast always had great variety of choices, everything was made fresh. All the salty and sweet choices were delicious. The beach is only 1-2 minutes of walk from the hotel, also the bus stop is close so we could get to anywhere easily. It was perfect for our honeymoon, and I am sure we will come back in the future (also to bring some Hungarian pálinka to the general manager 😀)

The hotel’s restaurant offers à la carte menus of fresh fish and Emilia Romagna dishes. Meals are served accompanied by a glass of local wine. Another restaurant located on the beach is also available. The staff were SO friendly, professional and helpful. Fantastic breakfast and great location.
