Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Located on a street lined with trees, there are many shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the property. The hotel was located near to the seafront with bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful. We enjoyed the facilities of a small kitchen and a generous balcony to sit out at night and relax

The Casa Masoli is 650 metres from Ravenna Cathedral, while Ravenna Train Station is only 10 minutes’ walk away. Forli can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. The house was very welcoming and helpful, the location was perfect, the room was very nice and fitted out with everything we could want, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel perfectly located. Great rooms and terrific breakfast. But the staff are awesome. We had an issue with a rental car and Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours getting Europcar to resolve our issue. Their support and kindness will always be remembered. And Matteo provided fabulous dinner recommendations. We loved everything about this hotel
