We loved walking around Stykkishólmur; the walk up to the beacon was great and the view breathtaking. We even saw the Northern Lights while there. The host was extremely attentive and responded quickly to any questions we asked. What a find, this house in Stykkishólmur!

We had a lovely welcome from the host at the hotel. The cottage is small but very cosy with everything you need. Heating was excellent and we appreciated having a washing machine having been travelling for 3 weeks.
