Hosts are very warm and welcoming. Nice little restaurant with tasty food mostly sourced from their organic garden. They gave us a wonderful tour, showing all the foods that they grow on site. They provided us with delicious fruit right off their trees. We also did their private Mount Ijen tour in the morning. No need to go up in the middle of the night in my opinion. The blue flame is not present for the time being

Ask him about the local sea turtle rescue project and if you’re lucky with the timing of your stay you’ll be in for a truly unforgettable experience
