The hotel arranged everything for us, pickup and transport and tours with guide. The hotel arranged everything had a very chill vibe with great views and lots of areas to relax and enjoy a quiet moment. The food was thoughtfully made and when we were going on tours, they packed very nice sandwiches for us.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the grounds were GORGEOUS, rooms were impeccably clean, and their many lake-front decks and lounging areas made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We were in Guatemala during a heat wave and we were SO thankful to be staying at Luciernagas where we could float and relax in the lake or the pool instead of in Flores itself where the heat was quite oppressive. Guests can get to town and back with a free hourly boat. This was our favorite place we stayed during our Central America trip and an excellent place to unwind. The hotel has inner tubes, kayaks, plenty of hammocks, a friendly dog (Fibo!), and plenty of friendly staff to make you feel right at home. Really, really loved this place and highly recommend.

It was in nature and I could hear birds and howler monkeys. They have a restaurant but I am a picky eater and although there was no guest kitchen they still offered us a space and plates to make our own food. The swimming was sooooo nice! It is also close to a park where you can hike.

Wifi works well (though not the fastest), ceiling fan and normal fan in the room were absolutely sufficient. The kitchen outside is great and has all you need. Your can walk out and find everything in less than a minute. Absolutely recommendable 👍
