First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. I loved that the hotel is rather small, perfectly located across the beach, and not directly on the motor road. Everything is new and modern. The size of the room is incredible, the entire wall is in glass overlooking the big terrace, with the view of the trees and sea. When you go to bed, you can hear the sound of the waves. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast had enough variety. The beach is totally ok, so if you don't want to go around and try different beaches, it is totally fine to relax just across the hotel.

Everything is in a good state and we enjoyed all the facilities, such as two balconies and lying on the deckchairs. The hosts were very friendly and were at our disposal at all times.

The pool is very claen and nice to swim in. The reception staff is very polite and welcoming. Location of the property is good, it is around 300 meters from the beach and the coastal street with all the restaurants, supermarkets and sunbeds. It takes you around 5 minutes max to reach it by foot. We came with our car but preferred to walk to there since it was so close. The parking was super for the facility. It is private and has shade tents for the cars. It has an automatic sliding door, so you don't need to worry about your vehicle. Our room was the two floor suite, it is very nice and modern, it has an equipped kitchen, which we used a few times to cook. The style of the suite is modern and very chique. It was very quite, there was no noise, and overall we mamaged to rest very well there.
