The reception team and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful at every stage. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world, and the service here ranks in my top three. The room layout, architectural design, and cleanliness were excellent. The valet service and partnership with a parking facility is a huge advantage in a city like Thessaloniki, where parking is limited. This is definitely a place I will return to.

We looked for a good hotel next to the Railway station since our bus to Bulgaria lives from there. The hotel is very modern- actually I will stay again just to try their music and DJ rooms. Comfortable "Hilton-quality" beds and pillows. Open-able windows. Wonderful breakfast. We couldn't swim in the pool on the rooftop, it was raining, but we loved the roof bar. The rooms were excellent and modern, we couldn't hear any noise from neighbors or from the street. The staff just perfect.
