The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.

Set amidst a well-tended garden, it offers self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. breakfast was great , facility is so closed to the best beaches in island. all staffs was kind and helpful. we took into consideration their restaurant and beach suggestions and no regret! really worth to stay. Kos Island studios and apartments are furnished with respect to the local style. They are fitted with a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. All air-conditioned units feature a satellite TV and have a balcony overlooking the garden. The owners were really friendly, they were able to help with any questions we had. The breakfast was very good with a changing variation each morning. The beach was a 10-minute-walk from the apartment.

Apartment was beutiful, with two terraces, kitchen, A/C and new bathroom. Perfect location close to tavernas and sea. Also free parking. Absolutely recommended this place, we would like come back again!
