It is located very close to the restaurant area in Neos Marmaras and also near the local beaches. While parking is on the street, it's easy to find a spot nearby. From the balcony, we had a sea view. Although breakfast is not provided, there is a small kitchen in the rooms equipped with everything you need, and there are nearby stores where you can buy something for breakfast. For coffee, there is a kettle and a French press. We felt very comfortable and lacked nothing during our stay. I definitely recommend this place!
