I have been at this hotel twice and both times the receptionists were welcoming and treated me so well. I came from the UK to do my medicine exams at NVU. So if anything I need a place that I can rest well in and be refreshed before my exams. This place is the perfect fit for that.

Set in the former publishing house of Tbilisi, Stamba Hotel – lauded as a flawless fusion of vintage and contemporary, is a living, breathing reflection of the city’s growing global significance. Literally everything: the lobby, the Pink Bar and the bar connected to their boutique hotel Rooms, the cafe, the restaurant, the wine bar, the garden, and mostly the rooms. The room was spacious, always well cleaned, nicely furnished and with a large window. This hotel was an absolute experience from stay to food to drinks and just overall atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses offered great service.

The only difficulty at staying in the Old Tbilisi with infants or toddlers is that the sidewalks and even pedestrian streets ain’t made with strollers in mind. And that’s not a Griffin’s fault.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation! Manager Brendon is super friendly and nice. He gives you every help you need and makes you feel right at home the moment you step in the hostel. The beds are super comfy, and the room has enough space for everyone. I had a problematic roommate who had personal and attitude issues and gave a bad rating to this hostel. Total lie because this hostel gives you more than you pay for! All the other roommates were respectful and nice apart from her. The staff gave her everything she needed, but she was never satisfied. She was on the same tour as me and complained so much the whole time and said she was harassed by the guide, which was also not true. I recommend this hostel in Tbilisi! Very clean kitchen and common room, I must add.
