The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).

Well maintained property.. The owner is very helpful and joyful person.. we visited in December and it was surrounded by snow and it looks very beautiful with the perfect lights around it..Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will surely visit this place ! Highly recommended ..

The location is excellent. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony. The facility is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's a full apartment/house with all the amenities that you need. The hosts (I think they were the hosts parents) don't speak English but went above and beyond to accommodate me. Lovely stay, 10/10 would recommend.
