Breakfast was the best I’ve had of all 7 hotels I stayed throughout my month-long trip, considering the price for a night. Great views (a bit of construction but the noise doesn’t bother) and Georgian hospitality at its best. Their heated pool was a great bonus. Restaurant itself is amazing. Better than Google Maps’ top rated restaurants around the area. Room service was also fast. Staff were really accommodating. Even helped us with our flat tire.

The bathroom was spotless and in great condition, and the ventilation in the room was excellent, making the stay very comfortable. While the hotel is located a bit outside the center of Borjomi, I actually found this to be a great advantage — it's peaceful and calm, a perfect escape from the busy town. The hosts went above and beyond. They kindly allowed me to use the washing machine and even provided an iron so I could take care of my clothes — something I really appreciated during my trip. In the morning, they prepared a delicious and sweet breakfast that I really enjoyed. What touched me most was their willingness to help when my car broke down — they offered their support without hesitation, and thanks to their help, the issue was resolved. Thank you again, Panorama Hotel. I truly appreciated everything, and I absolutely plan to return on my next trip to Borjomi!
