Everything was over the top! Fabulous design (do not listen to people who say that the interior is dark, they have to learn about new tendencies in design). The manager was always there whenever we needed help or advices concerning Georgia and its incredible wines. The music played in the common area was very good too. We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect close to all the main attractions, and with a small grocery shop just a 2-minute walk away for anything you might need. The place was spotless, and the receptionists were simply wonderful. The owner was so caring, checking in by phone to make sure everything was going well, such a thoughtful touch! There’s also a common kitchen if you feel like cooking, and our room had a kettle and mini fridge, which made things extra convenient. We left feeling genuinely happy with our experience in Kutaisi and would definitely choose to stay here again.
