Even to the smallest detail of finding my favorite soap, seeing all the lights, switches and power outlets in the perfect place really goes to show the effort made to make my stay the most comfortable and relaxing I've had. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.
