The staff was exceptional, especially in helping us overcome major transportation problems ; the location is superb, but difficult to reach without a car. The staff was able to find us a driver, albeit expensive, without whom we could not have made our train connections.

We had an amazing Sunday Lunch in the Middle House... one I will be dreaming of for years to come! Also good live music in the King's Head. Not far from Hawes which has some lovely boutique shops, and can't miss going to the Wensleydale Creamery, where you can sample their cheeses before you buy! Would definitely recommend this cottage and one we would go back to stay in.
