It was my first visit to Canary Wharf and what an exciting vibrant area to stay in. We had a studio apartment that afforded us the comfort of making our own breakfast. The accommodation was brand new, modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of restaurants and cafes on our doorstep along with a massive shopping mall. Getting into the city is easy with the tube only minutes from the accommodation or you can take the uber water taxi which is a fun option. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to escape the tourist areas and hang out with locals.

Set 700 metres from St Paul's Cathedral, the five-star Vintry & Mercer Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World in London offers a fitness centre and bar. The V&M is excellent. Great and quiet location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant and bar. A gem!
