Loved this little home from home. Cosy and clean, with everything you could possibly wish for on a weekend break. Our dog loved the garden to run around in too. We were right down at the waterfront; ocean waves, fresh smells and seagulls! We rented the twin room and it was set up for handicapped patrons so it was ground floor (no carrying luggage up a narrow staircase) and huge! Very well organized for anyone in a wheelchair, the bathroom was amazingly well set up! The Brewhouse itself had delicious food and great service. Easy access to any of the sights of Arbroath. We walked the breakwater after dinner and experienced a beautiful sunset, friendly locals and their dogs and incredible waves against the wall.

There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. We four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seaview as a mini vacation from our vacationing - we were able to eat in, enjoy quiet time together, and get to bed early and comfortably.
