The private balcony is either south-facing or has views of the hills. It is walking distance from the beach and designer stores, as well as some nice local shops along the way. Parking garage is included which was super helpful since we arrived in a van.

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. The property features a TV lounge, and a garden. It is located a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The staff were super nice and supportive during our stay. Located between Frejus and Saint Raphael, L’oasis is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and Port de Plaissance de Frejus.

All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom, TV and mini refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Terrific quiet but convenient location. Beach and restaurants just minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked for two nights but extended for another two nights it was so comfortable.

Hotel Select, located in the heart of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, is a small family hotel situated by a Provencal marketplace.

Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. I loved this town and hotel! It was small, but very charming and well decorated. I also liked that it had a small elevator to carry the luggage up and down. The staff were very kind. The room was small, but it had everything I needed, and I used the dining area after the breakfast time to work a little bit. The smell of bake goods others mentioned wasn't a problem for me, I even enjoyed it, lol. Just in front there's a daily market with fresh fruit, which I visited every day and the train is just 5-min away by walking to head to Nice or the nearby towns. There's nice beaches around. I would definitely come back!

Located next to Jean-Médecin, the main shopping street in Nice, Hôtel Du Centre, un hôtel AMMI is just a 5-minute walk from Nice-Ville Train Station, and a 15-minute walk from both the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The most of all is the excellent staff. People are superb in manners and they help you whatever happens... Hospitality!!!24 hours reception... Clean room very comfortable beds... Very cheap for the comforts in the very center of Νice... 5 minutes walking from the main railway station and the tram 10 minutes walking from the beach Cotes d Azur... We shall come again... Each room and suite is decorated individually with period furniture and features air conditioning. Rooms are also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Everything (except the fire alarm going off at 2am one morning!) Staff were all amazing

Port Palace is a 4-star boutique hotel in Monaco overlooking Port Hercule. This property is located in the centre of Monaco's legendary Grand Prix circuit and the Monaco Yacht Show.

All of the air-conditioned guest rooms at Port Palace offer a satellite TV and a minibar. Each has a private dressing closet and en suite bathroom complete with bathrobes and slippers. Location, staff, cleanliness, and services: a solid 10.

Renovated in 2019, Hôtel de France, un hôtel AMMI is situated in the heart of Nice in the Carré d'Or district, 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, just 2 minutes' walk from the prestigious Negresco hotel and 1 km from Place Massena. Free WiFi is available throughout. I would give this hotel 11 if that would be possible. The main reason is the people. The service is so great, it felt like home.

Guests can enjoy a meal in one of the onsite restaurants or a drink at the lobby bar restaurant Le Sud Superb location. Staff where fantastic and helped us celebrate a milestone anniversary

Guests can enjoy tennis courts and a casino just a 5-minute walk away. Private, outdoor parking is possible on site for an extra charge and a secure garage is also available, at an extra cost and upon reservation. So very nice staff! The lovely authentic room... The silence. The respect for that people also need - the Calm - to rest! Always selected pieces of music in the lobby and breakfast room , like background music. Small thoughtful notes and gifts... Simply a lovely place to stay! And: a fantastic breakfast. The cheese. Omelettes. Fruit. And cakes. Not to forget! 😘
