Free WiFi access is provided throughout. Staff was amazing, Cami was great and very helpful all the time. Rooms were very spacious and confortable, we had view to the mountains and it was great ! Location was perfect ! Amazing stay ! Highly recommended !

The hotel is located in the centre of Geneva, a 10-minute walk from the train station and just beside the Mont Blanc Bus Stop. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all
