Directions to the hotel from the train station were confusing and the hill up to the hotel was so steep dragging a heavy case I should have taken a taxi. The staff in the hotel were friendly helpful and professional, the hotel was exceptional and an experience which was very relaxed. Slept really well with bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good although a little confusing as couldn’t find the eggs on the first morning and food labels on some items could have been clearer. I put porridge on my plate with my bacon mixing it up for scrambled egg as it was not labelled. 🤣.

Parking and WiFi are free for guests. Everything was perfect. It was clean, warm, nothing was missing. Beds were comfortable, water in the shower was hot.

My family really enjoyed our experience at Overmark B&B. We were driving between Oulu and Turku, visiting the wooden villages. The countryside was beautiful, the hosts were just the perfect amount of friendly and fed us a delicious and abundant breakfast. The hosts welcomed us to use the kitchen area, as needed. So, we had bread, ham, cheese, and wine with us and enjoyed supper, using the kitchen's knife, cutting board, plates, corkscrew, and stemware, then watched television in the family room before bed, slept comfortably, and appreciated the clean environment. The shower room is detached; it's very clean and easy to use. Our bedroom had a toilet and sink ensuite. The historic building has been thoughtfully preserved.
