It's been a very positive experience, getting to the location was easy, the online check-in was smooth and straightforward, it just worked, they really did it right. And the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Everything is within walking distance, if you don't want to walk there are trams right outside the door that goes to the city center. In the same building as the room, on street level there's a 24hr supermarket, restaurants, café, massage/spa and a liquor shop Very convenient. We will without a doubt use Bob W again if we come to some of their other locations, or back to Helsinki. Highly recommend.

The rooms and interior design are well chosen and stylish. The gym is available at any time and there are also sauna options. Breakfast is decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. It is only a 5 minute tram ride to the city center and West Harbour is within easy walking distance.
