You do not have to meet a host to enter apartment or parking, everything is accessible through the application. In real life it it looks better then on the pics. We have been to many places in Valencia community and this one is very rare finding.

Valencia Beach PINK is set in the Poblats Maritims district of Valencia, 1.2 km from Puerto de Valencia, 4.4 km from Jardines de Monforte and 4.6 km from Turia Gardens. During your time staying in this recently renovated apartment, dating back to 2024, you will have access to free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Playa de las Arenas. I liked the apartment, very nice, confortable. At the street level but it was ok. Food shop Mercadona close by. Metro station 10 min away. The best way is the bus, it takes you everywhere you want, 2 min from the apartment, it's better than the metro or the tram. Take bus 19 to Ciudad de Artes/Oceanografic, to the mall El Corte Ingles y Centre Comercial Aqua, the center Ayuntamiento, to the street Rusaffa. Even if it is not in the center the bus and the price make it perfect.
