It was a great rest because of the comfort, cleanliness, quietness, location (the very center!), and even extra hygiene accessories (including a feminine kit). We felt we were in a good place to take a break and recuperate for the rest of the pilgrimage. Even the blackout we experienced during our stay did not disturb the perception of this beautiful place. The staff made sure we felt safe even though they themselves didn't quite know what was going on.

I loved the luxurious showers, the laundry services and the extra nice touches provided by the owner (Jose). He even helped to arrange getting an item I left at his place back to me. I highly recommend this place.

The whole experience was exceptional. I booked a one-bedroom apartment at first. Then I changed it to a two-bedroom one because another friend decided to join us. When we arrived, we were given a one-bedroom one. When I informed the owner of the mistake, he came to us immediately and said it appeared that the system didn't make the change and so he had rented out the two-bedroom apartment. He not only offered to let us use an extra apartment (a studio), but refunded us the rental fee! I had never met any property owner so honest and generous! We decided to still pay for the one-bedroom apartment because of course we couldn't take advantage of his generosity. Both apartments were clean and spacious. The location was really good - close to the train station and not far from the old town. Pontevedra was a really charming town. It's definitely worth going and this apartment we highly recommend.
