She accommodated all our needs and was the most caring person. Hotel is fantastic! All the staff is absolutely amazing! Brekafast chefs are just the most charming guys ever! And the biggest surprise was the life Pianist playing while they were serving brekafast on Sunday. Its all those small little extras which you will never find in other hotels. Selection of food at the breakfast is outstanding. All eggs and pancakes are prepared right in front of you and not those soggy disgusting things you will get at other places. I am impressed beyond and highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much for making our stay absolutely exquisite ✨️

The Atalaia is perfectly located for exploring the surroundings thanks to its proximity to nearby towns such as Biarritz and San Sebastian. Take a long coastal walk and discover the stunning scenery of the Basque Country along with its fascinating history and tradition. Really nice spot to stop on the way from Belgium to Southern Spain with our dog, just off the motorway. Super clean and modern rooms. There’s an area around the hotel to walk the dog and a supermarket and petrol station. The only downside is there’s nothing close except a Macdonalds for an evening meal but we had seen this on the other reviews and packed some food for the evening. Breakfast was really good and the staff really friendly. We will probably adapt our plans to stop here on the way back.
