Mostafa the owner is a legend, very attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful. He helped us arrange all sorts of activities after we left Quseir. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area.

Eduardo is taking care of the wellbeing and happiness of the guests with his welcoming and accommodating art. Concorde Moreen Beach Resort is located 311 km from Luxor, 226 km from Hurghada and 789 Km from Cairo. Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍
