No complains, it's a fabulous place with friendly people working here, super clean, well maintained, aesthetic. Beds are super comfy and you can even stand on them, as the ceilings in the building are very high. There are enough of bathrooms and toilets on every floor, you will not wait in line. I work remotely, internet is good, it goes off from time to time, but they called the mechanic and fixed that, these people do really care. The house and the territory are very beautiful, it feels like an oasis in the constant rush of Cairo. I extended my stay for 1 more week and will come back the next time I'm in Cairo.

The staff were incredibly kind to us. They welcomed us with a cold drink because it was very hot. Then, they helped us dealing with a problem we had ensuring we felt safe. They offer tours and you can ask them anything you need. Location is perfect, in front of the ticket office. The bed was amazing super relaxing, all the room clean and the bathroom was clean and good too. When we checked out, they offer to keep our luggage until the night. We really appreciate the kindness and we will come back to the same hotel next time.

The hotel owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. Since we had limited time, he personally drove us to the alternate entrance of the pyramids, which made our visit much easier. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast was sufficient, and enjoying the breathtaking view of the pyramids while dining made the experience even more special.

The room was perfect, the bathroom too and the staff was super helpful. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast as I left very early for the flight, but it sounded very interesting. Definitely will come back there the next time :)

The photos on the website are 100% accurate. I was very happy with how friendly and attentive everyone was – they made sure everything was to my satisfaction at all times. When my watch broke, it was repaired for me, which I deeply appreciated. I was allowed to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, and they even carried up chairs and tables just for me. There was someone available 24/7, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The view of the pyramids is simply breathtaking. If I return to Cairo, I will definitely book a room here again. Everything is also conveniently located – it’s easy to get around. There are local vendors and ATMs nearby, and all the prices are fair. As a tourist, I never felt like I had to pay overpriced rates. I can truly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cairo. 5 out of 5. Thank you again for this wonderful time in Cairo. Very, very good.
